So in good news, the lady from Monday's interview in Queen Ann did call me back. I went back for another interview on Thursday. This time I got there without getting lost. Although the day was rather cloudy with rain trickling down every once in a while, it was not an altogether gloomy day for me. I got to the place early and was freaking out in my mind about what were they going to ask me and how to best make a good impression. Finally Kathy, the care coordinator came to get me and escorted me downstairs to Pamela's (RN) office. Basically she only asked me what days I wanted to work, and checked that I have all the required documentation - which I do. Explained a little about what I am going to do and how the training is going to go.
Kathy said she liked me and so did Pam, but we shall see. They promised to give me a call next week, so I'm looking forward to it. (:
Now about, why I will not be lazy this weekend. I have to write four stories for journalism. It's CRAZY LAND. I have to do a story about proposition one for seatac, a story on the job fair for which I took crappy notes and didn't ask the right questions, and a story on Gateway to College. Monday and Tuesday I will be working on candidate forums. AAAAAAAAAHHH, what am I getting myself into. Not to mention the fact that I have to study for my first sociology test and write a personal statement for Honors. Is anyone elses' head exploding right about now?
But wait, it only gets better! Tim is coming tomorrow - so my chances of getting all this stuff done on time and well just dwindled significantly!
As a bonus A* birthday is this Saturday so Tim will probably want to go, and I can't go. Let me just say I foresee being really really mad or slightly disappointed in the near future.
PS: Just noticed that after having this blog for around three years or so, I finally have reached my 100th post. Now that shows my true laziness and forgetfullness.
But, hopefully I will have a lot of things to ramble about this year and the next ;)
