"Riddlez & Enaj" characters were made up by Adrie & I, sometime during this summer. The story is, we went camping this past weekend to Leavenworth and it was quite the thing. We decided to head out Friday evening (my parents and others, already left to camp so we had to catch up), around 4pm I get a phone call from Adrie saying she is not sure if we are going, because a person called cops on her. Obviously I went " D: WHAT?!!!" In any case the issue got resolved and we finally headed out, trunk and back of car full of stuff. Got a "Napoleon" cake in a russian store and a "chocolate potato" to snack on. The ride took about two and a half hours or so, when we finally got to camp it was getting late and we set up our tents in the twilight. When parents and the rest arrived we had some delicious grilled sausages, salad, and other food I don't remember about. Oh, I think we had chocolate dipped macaroons for dessert. I love, love macaroons <3!
Saturday morning, after a good nice breakfast we headed out for a little hike. It was nice and easy, we took it slow, and got to look at leavenworth from birds eye view.
Then we had a surprise, I got my period, and realized I didn't bring any tampons. So! Adrie and I headed out to Safeway to get some. I don't know what prompted me to buy the tampax compak but let me tell you people, DO NOT BUY THEM. First we took the longest time to figure out how they work, and then they didn't even work all that well. In a emergency situation, do not try new things - lesson learned. Oh I just remembered on our hike, I was kind of gripping on to plants, and got a twig of plant stuck under my thumb. It did not feel nice! Luckily a dentist person was also hiking nearby, and performed the operation of taking the twig out of my thumb successfuly!
Ouch. Sunday it was extremly hot, so Adrie and I dunked ourselfes into Icecle Creek, COLD! It felt really nice thought, and we repeatedly went in the water and even got our hair all wet. Ha. Next we went to rockclimb - Adrie's first time. The only minus was that the rocks were a bit hot, and I scraped my knee, but I climbed a bit of a 5.10a so hooray for me. (:
After, we enjoyed delicious ice cream, I as always had some bourdeux cherry, Adrie had huckleberry cheescake which is also delicious, and dad had something with almonds and cofee? It was really good too!
We stopped by and stuffed our faces at Mickey D's, eeeeek! Finally headed home then.
Good news! - I passed my skill exams at school, only state left! D:
Oh and last Friday, I switched my NA to a different lady, who was much cooler and explained things a lot better, so I ended up rather liking my last couple of days of clinicals. :D
